  • Functional support (up to 30 minutes per ticket from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday)
  • Professional services for software updates (minor updates included for ET, ES and SR)
  • MANA alerts management (optional)
  • Service offered for the following products: Cisco, Calabrio, Uptivity
